Frequently asked questions

Accepted file formats are eps, ai, pdf, tiff & psd. In some cases, high resolution jpegs and pngs are acceptable in most cases.

We do not accept placed or linked images, any Microsoft documents, low resolution jpeg png, tif, gif & other non-graphic programs. When using Adobe Photoshop set your image size to 300 pixels/inch or better and roughly scaled to size. In Adobe Illustrator, convert all text and shapes to outlines.

Top Banana USA may accept client supplied garments with prior approval on a case-by-case basis ONLY.  

Any orders placed with client supplied garments is a FINAL SALE which means the order cannot be returned, rejected, exchanged, refunded or reprinted at no charge under any circumstances whatsoever, no exceptions.

All orders placed with client supplied garments will require a signature by the purchaser of our Final Sale Waiver Agreement.  This must be signed prior to production and all rights are reserved by Top Banana USA.

Client supplied garments can either be drop shipped to our location or dropped off by appointment.

Minimum order quantity for client supplied garments by service:

• DTG CMYK-only: 2 dozen
• DTG CMYK+White: 1 dozen
• Screen Printing: 6 dozen
• Embroidery: 2 dozen

Top Banana’s standard screen size is 13” x 15”.

Top Banana offers 3 pallet or platen sizes for Direct to Garment Printing.

• 14” x 16”
• 10” x 12”
• 7″ x 8″

Top Banana Printing accepts payment in cash, check, Bank Transfers, PayPal and all major credit cards.

We require full payment up front for all orders under $500.00 and the rest upon completion. All orders over $500.00 and above require a 50% deposit and the rest upon completion in order for the goods to be released.

Free for all basic orders! Any orders with printed or heat pressed custom tags will require setup fees. Please call us to discuss pricing options.

Screen Printing: Our usual turnaround for all screen printing jobs is typically 5-10 business days.

Direct to Garment Printing: All Direct To Garment printing jobs take 3-5 business days to complete.

Turnaround time is subject to change. Rush charges may apply.

Top Banana can print up to 6 spot colors and we also offer simulated process and T-Sep screen printing.

Direct to Garment Printing Minimum Order: No Minimum

Minimums may vary depending on order specifications.

You can mix and match shirt colors. There are charges for any mid run print color changes.

You can order as many different shirt sizes in any breakdown you want.

Our suppliers may or may not have all the sizes needed at any given moment but comparable brands are usually available too. Certain brands may require ordering in half dozens or dozens. Freight charges may apply, some brands require minimum order quantities of 12-24 units.
