Here at Top Banana USA we want you to be happy with your order. We will fix any problems with your order that have arisen from our own doing. Problems that happen with your order that are our fault we will fix! However, we have a 30 Day return policy from the point of completion. Please read this before reaching out with returns.

In order to produce the best quality, print many of our shirts are pre-treated around the print area. On some fabrics, the Pre-treatment can react with sunlight if not washed away and can cause slight discoloration over time. We recommend Washing your garment in cold water before wearing it to rinse away the pre-treatment. Hang Dry or tumble dry at low temperature inside out and hang dry for the best effect. This will remove the pretreatment box around the prints and make your shirt good as new!

we need the garment returned in order to go over the print error in order to fix the problem / discuss with the team if we are liable to refund. Again we want you to be happy with your order and we will do everything in our power to make that happen!
