Print On Demand Fulfillment Services

Top Banana USA offers direct to garment print on demand services for your online store. DTG is the perfect process for quick on demand, no inventory web t-shirt printing fulfillment and retailing.

We work with startups, small, and large online retailers. Top Banana USA has extensive experience fulfilling online platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, Big Cartel, Squarespace, Woocommerce, and Ecwid stores on a regular basis. Purchase orders are also an acceptable way to place fulfillment orders if you direct all orders to orders@topbananausa.com.

How To Get Started

+ You will need to send us over an email for us to set up exactly how you want the orders processed.

+ We will need a list of all the garments you would like to use to fulfill your online store

+ We will need to see digital mock-ups for each garment to properly set up your orders

+ If you would like to get more detailed with your orders a Key/chart with a SKU System if applicable

+ We will need final print-ready designs as well

+The basic artwork requirements are high resolution with transparent backgrounds. Our printers can print up to 1200 DPI for a really high-quality print

Personalize Your Packaging

We are able to customize your garments even further with Heat Pressed or DTG Printed inside tags. We are also able to attach custom hang tags as well. This is something one of our associates will help you with. some provided services at extra cost include:

+ Individual clear poly bagging

+ Client supplied hang tags

+ Apply heat press transfers

+ Add pack-ins such as a postcard or sticker to your order

+ Client supplied shipping bags

Shipping

Each order goes in a clear poly mailer before it is put in an eco-friendly black poly mailer. Our poly mailers are tear-proof and tamper resistant. Most of the above mentioned online platforms have the capability to create a shipper account for the production team (us) Where we are able to fulfill through your seller platform.

If you would like we are able to ship through our shipping platform VIA USPS unless specified (domestic and worldwide). If you would like to customize your packaging we are able to do so if you provide the materials:

Custom pack-ins such as postcards, thank you notes, stickers. Custom poly mailers with your branding.

All orders will have your company name and return address and will not be labeled with our branding.

Shipping time is based on mail class (US ONLY): Express Mail: 1-2 Days; Priority Mail: 2-3 Days, First Class Mail 3-5 Days. International shipping based on destination.
